CCTV Operators, Control Room Operators, Supervisors
Location: Catoca Mine, Eastern Angola
Job Description & Requirements:
Background:
Candidates should have a police or military background with a minimum of 10 years of service. Experience in the security industry, particularly in a control room or operations room, is advantageous. Mining environment experience is also beneficial.
Education:
Minimum School Grade 12 or Form 6 or equivalent.
Service Record:
- Clean service record upon discharge.
- No criminal record. Appointment is subject to obtaining a work permit.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read); Portuguese is an advantage.
Experience:
- Control Room or CCTV operating experience required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Security experience is an added benefit.
- Mining experience will be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Health:
Must be healthy with no known medical problems.
Work Conditions:
Work Cycle: 5 months on-site, followed by 1 month of paid home leave.
Salary: $2400 to $2500 per month, depending on experience and background, potentially higher for supervisory-level positions.
